StayManager Beta Program
Stay Systems is actively seeking beta users for its new StayManager online hosted property management system. Participants in the beta program will receive 12 months use of the system for free.
Participants in the beta program must have a property in the U.S. or Canada. The product is recommended for hoteliers that run a bed & breakfast, a boutique hotel, or a larger property. Participants must also have broadband Internet access. Dialup Internet access is not supported.
Beta Goals
The goal of the beta testing is to have real users with real properties try out the product and report back on any bugs or usability issues using our online forum.
Duration
The exact time frame has not been determined, but we expect to run the beta tests for approximately 6-10 weeks starting on October 1, 2007.
How do I get started?
Simply click on the 'Try It!' button and sign up as though you were a new user. We are also conducting a beta test on the sign-up process which is why we ask you to sign-up using the online setup wizard.
How do I get training?
Just send an email to beta@staysystems.com. We will contact you to conduct setup and training with you via gotomymeeting.com (an online web-based training tool). A user manual will also be provided (in English). This can be downloaded and printed. Stay Systems also makes online flash videos available for various aspects of the system.
How do I report issues?
When you sign up for the beta program, you will be given a user id and password to access the Stay Systems online discussion group. There you can post any issues that you have and share them with other members of the beta program.
When will the product be generally available?
The actual availability of the product will depend on the results of the beta program. Stay Systems anticipates that it will be able to address issues raised during the beta and launch the product on December 1, 2008.
